Extrudakerb operate, manage, and maintain our own fleet of plant, equipment, and resources. This allows us to maximise efficiency whilst ensuring we provide the best possible service to our Customers and Clients.
Our in-house fabrication department has over 30 years of experience, fabricating everything from slipform and asphalt kerb moulds to bespoke steel shutters for complex transitions to structures.
We operate our own fully equipped service department to ensure everything from the bespoke slipform pavers, site vehicles and other plant and equipment are maintained regularly and to the highest standard.
Extrudakerb operate its’ own fleet of concrete mixer trucks in addition to its plant transporting HGV’s. The investment into the trucks has provided a significant benefit to the business and its performance. Our fleet of plant and vehicles are managed and overseen by our Transport Department, backed by our own Operators Licence and FORS accreditation.
Our experienced Technical Department offers a full range of design support to our Clients from CAD drawings to Technical Reports. The Technical Department includes a full time Concrete and Materials Technology Manager. This in-house expertise allows us to work closely with our concrete and asphalt suppliers to produce bespoke mix designs ensuring we deliver raw material to our site teams with the correct rheology properties, maximising outputs and quality.
Extrudakerb’s Quality Department oversee and manage all aspects of quality from on-site Quality Assurance to national and industry standards.
